Clear explanations
You should understand what was filed, how the result was calculated, and what happens next.
Thrive CPA gives incorporated business owners direct access to experienced accounting, tax, and financial guidance, with clear explanations and support throughout the year.

I’m Neso Pantic, a CPA, CA and the founder of Thrive CPA. I bring more than a decade of public accounting experience, beginning in 2013, including six years in a combined audit and corporate tax role. My experience spans corporate tax, financial reporting, CRA matters, owner compensation, and selected cross-border and non-resident tax matters.
Earlier in my career, I worked on financial statement audits for companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $250 million. That experience continues to shape how I approach accounting today. I look at how records fit together, whether the numbers can be relied on, where reporting risks may exist, and what the financial picture means for the decisions an owner needs to make.
What I enjoy most about this work is helping people make sense of something that often feels unnecessarily complicated. I care that my clients understand their tax situation, not just the final amount owing, but how it was calculated, what decisions affected it, and what we can plan differently going forward. Clients should feel comfortable asking questions and should never leave a conversation feeling confused about their own finances.
I founded Thrive CPA in 2022 to provide incorporated business owners with experienced, personal support. Clients work directly with me and receive clear, practical guidance throughout the year, not only when a filing deadline arrives.
You should understand what was filed, how the result was calculated, and what happens next.
Clients work directly with Neso rather than being passed between different team members.
Planning conversations happen while decisions can still be changed, not only after year-end.
Advice is grounded in the client’s actual numbers, circumstances, responsibilities, and goals.
